What is Wellclubs?

Wellclubs is an all-in-one solution to book spa and beauty salon appointments online, anytime, anywhere. On our Website or App, you will find comprehensive listings of spas, beauty salons and beauty clinics in the UAE. We want to make booking beauty and wellness appointments simple, effortless and fast – around the clock.


How do I book my beauty treatment?

You can do a search by the type of service, venue or location. A list of venues matching your criteria will be displayed instantly. Select the service, date and time slot.


How do I pay for my beauty treatment?

Pay online or directly at the venue. For certain services, the 'Pay at Venue' option may not be available, which means that the payment needs to be made online on the Website or via our App.


The checkout page won't accept my payment

If you can't get your payment to go through, and you're sure you've input all of your details correctly, it may be that your card provider has put a block on internet transactions or that there's a problem with your card. You might want to try using a different credit or debit card.


Where can I view my bookings?

Simple! Just log into 'My appointments' on the Website or our App.


I'm not sure if my booking went through

The confirmation email is sent to you as soon as you have completed your order. If you don't seem to have your email, please check your junk mail folder first. If it is not there, please email Customer Care at [email protected] and we will resend you your confirmation email. It should also appear in 'My appointments' section of your Website profile or the App.


I can't log in

Simply click 'Forgot password' link on the log in page and we'll send you a password reset link. Still having problems? Email or call us and we'd be glad to help you out.


How can I change my profile details?

It's simple to change your profile details. Once you've logged in, just click on edit in your profile and you can make any adjustments accordingly.


How does the promo code work?

When booking an appointment, at 'Check out' you will see Add promo / Gift card code. Enter your code in exactly the same format that you received it, ensuring there are no spaces or gaps, and it will automatically add it to your order.
The code is only valid during the time specified, and it's only valid on the type of service specified.


What if I need to amend or cancel my booking?

When requesting an amendment or cancellation, please contact Customer Care via [email protected] or phone. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, full refund will be provided to the original method of payment. You can reschedule your booking within more than 24 hours before the appointment by contacting us via email or phone.


Is it safe to buy on Wellclubs?

In accordance with our Privacy Policy, we do not share our customers' information with anyone in. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone else for their marketing purposes without your consent. Your payment details, unless you request otherwise, are saved in a secure payment system so that you can apply them to future purchases.
